Because of the time, labor, and materials involved, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, is defective due to our workmanship, or James Cycle Supply made an error with the order.

An item being unused or in perfect condition does not make it eligible for a return or exchange.
Custom and made-to-order parts are created according to the specifications selected or provided when the order is placed. Customers are responsible for confirming that all measurements, dimensions, and specifications are correct and suitable for their motorcycle or custom build before ordering.
Custom and made-to-order parts cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless James Cycle Supply made the item incorrectly based on the agreed-upon order specifications.
If your order arrives damaged, defective due to our workmanship, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please keep the item and all original packaging until we have reviewed your claim. Depending on the situation, James Cycle Supply may repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
Orders may only be canceled if production has not yet begun. Once materials have been ordered, fabrication has started, or work has otherwise begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Do not ship an item back without contacting James Cycle Supply and receiving approval first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
If a return is approved because of an error on our part, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Customers are responsible for confirming proper fitment before installation. We strongly recommend having motorcycle parts installed and inspected by a qualified professional. James Cycle Supply is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use, modifications, or failure to confirm compatibility.
